We're pleased to announce the release of gospace v2.0.8. This update focuses on addressing key issues and improving overall user experience based on your valuable feedback.

New Features

Ability to find any users allocation for the current day

Users can now search for any user's allocation across locations and floors on a given day. Previously, searches were limited to user allocations on the floor of one's own allocation and therefore meant the user had to have an allocation. With this improvement a user that hasn't got an allocation for today can still see where their team or colleagues are sat to then decide to come in to sit with them.

Improved planning date picker experience

We've added a small but mighty improvement to the date picker, an admin can quickly switch with the chevrons between days without clicking into the date picker.

Bug Fixes

  • Users now see a clear warning message when trying to accept an invite for a day where they already have an existing intention

  • Resolved issue where the invite list was growing excessively when searching for users in the upcoming tab

  • Fixed bug where the allocation search bar disappeared on the user app when typing a couple characters

  • Fixed critical issue where creating or modifying an allocation in planning did not show to the user app

  • Fixed an issue where the admin search was not working on the admin console

  • Fixed an issue where the inviter was showing as the name of the invitee in planning on the admin console

  • Fixed an issue where invites were duplicating after one was cancelled by the inviter

  • Inviting a lot of colleagues causes the search/pick list to become invisible on the user app - Fixed

Known Issues

  • Some executive assistants aren’t able to schedule on behalf of others (this is a data issue being investigated now)

  • When a user schedules with a room with a team (on the same-day only), and a following user then schedules on the same day with the same team, this second and any following user of that team is not being given an allocation

  • Adding total allocated spaces to a team on Planning<Allocations (In final stages of QA)

  • Ability to edit your schedule (In final stages of QA)

  • Ability to edit your custom team as a user (In final stages of QA)

  • Ability to schedule shifts with rooms

  • Ability to get and compare AI allocations on gospace across dates via Planning, including checking if a team was disrupted between days, amount of space that was saved, what floors could have been shut down and more
